Using the
computer system provided, carry out the following routine maintenance:
I created
a file structure which contained 3 folders labelled ‘Home’, ‘Work’ and
‘Study’ within a folder labelled with my name.
I then
configured the computer operating system to back-up procedures, do automatic
scheduling and deletion of unwanted data, archiving, defragmentation and
deleting temporary files.
I cleaned
the keyboard, mouse and the display screen along with replacing the printer
paper in the printer and replacing the broken mouse.
